Bus

Being smaller and faster, the route taxis have almost ousted regular buses in Donetsk. The city network remains scarce with buses running only by the busiest routes.

Scheduled busses have conductors on board. You pay them the fare (UAH 1) and get a ticket. You should keep the ticket until the end of the trip as they are checked randomly by enforcement officers (kontrolyor).
