Money transfer and banks

Western Union and MoneyGram run an extensive network in Ukraine including Donetsk. Their offices are located in banks. Other ways to send or receive money in Donetsk include a wire bank transfer and a postal money order. They are less expensive but take more time.

Banks usually work from 9:00 a.m. till 18:00, Monday through Friday. Many are closed on weekends or provide an incomplete range of services. International banks including Procreditbank, Raiffeisenbank, Unicreditbank and others are widely present in Donetsk.
